Athlete's Success Factors

• Briefly explain why you are interested in studying your topic:  

Many Professional athletes make lots of money. They make it not purely from the sport and endorsements, so where do they make it, and how do they keep it. I’m interested in this topic, because most of people's entertainment comes from professional sports, and definitely mine. By researching this, I hope to find out who,what,when, and why these athletes can manage the money, and overall experiences. I want to find out how a professional athlete's success is different than the average American’s.

• The overall question I plan on answering by the end of the project:  

What factors make professional athletes successful?

• Sub questions I will need to answer in order to answer the overall question: 

1. Why do different sports have different caps? And are their success rates higher?
2. Is the ability of the athlete a factor? And is it different in other countries?
3. How do endorsements factor into athlete's life?  
4. How do athletes success differ from an average American?
5. How does an Athlete describe their success?(What is their definition of success?)

1. ESPN(Sports Center)

4. Variety of athletes, from different sports and backgrounds.
