Is the past really valuable?

There are many different types of trading cards these days. Whether it be sports cards or a kids game from a tv show. The most important thing one looks when they are looking for a certain card is the value of the card. That card could maybe play an important roll in the game or its just valuable because it's an awesome card. Trading cards were especially popular in the 80's and 90's.

One example is a shop owner from the early 90's. In the article value of sports cards now and in the past, he says that," even though they aren't worth as much now they must be worth something now right?" I think that is wrong because a lot of people tend to forgot old things from the past. However there are certain trading cards that is still worth a bunch just because of how rare it is. One example of that is a micheal Jordan card from when he played baseball. Now that is rare because even though he did play baseball he didn't play it for long. The values of trading cards will be futher researched for the next blog post.
